First, the University made a mess of the Real Tiem systems
syllabus. The teacher sent out a detailed and specific report to
the University. As expected, the University just did not care.
And they made a question paper which was full of howlers.

Then the same teacher was asked to teach another subject --
discrete maths. Again the teacher spotted several flaws. Again he
wrote a long report. Again he sent it to the University and again
the University used it as a pillow.

The teacher will not stop screaming and barking.

The University will not wake up.

And the sad story of higher education in India will continue to
produce mediocre and incompetent citizens.
