He probably knew what honest teachers like Prof. Partha would face in the evil and incompetent University system of India. I am now in the second stage described by Gandhi. I am waiting for th rough sailing before I can be declared the winner.

My dear employers, if you are reading all this, i know you will be hanging down your heads in shame. Not just because you insult a teacher, your best teacher, but also because you betray the trust of your students and ruin their future. Yo deprive your students of a unique and rare resource -- a provably competent teacher.

You have already lost the argument, now you can lose the battle also.
